Hack: If the meat and vegetables stick to the pan a bit, the tastier your meal will be.
Heat 2-3 tablespoons of oil (preferably rapeseed or sunflower oil) in a wok or large frying pan on medium heat, until the oil is shimmering (hot but not quite smoking). Add the chilli and sizzle until the chilli skin starts to crack and brown, you can remove the chilli or leave it in for a hotter dish. Add all the contents of the box of chicken and stir-fry until the chicken is just cooked through (roughly 5 minutes), add the chopped vegetables and cook until they are properly warmed through and softening at the edges, but still with a bit of crunch in the middle. Finally check and season with salt to your taste.
