Raw chocolate and nut Brownies

Makes 12 brownies

Ingredients

 
100g | 1/2 cup Smooth peanut butter
100g | 1 1/4 cups coconut flour
80g | 3/4 cup roughly ground cashews
65g | 1/2 cup unsweetened raw cocoa powder
1 tin condensed milk
1/2 teaspoon salt (if the peanut butter is unsalted)
 

Method

 
Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well to form a thick paste.  Turn the past into a small 7 inch square cake tin lined with baking parchment, place another piece of parchment on top of the brownie mix and flatten the mixture working towards the edges of the tin and smoothing the surface as you go.  Once you are happy with the thickness of your brownies place them, covered, into the freezer for 30 minutes or 1 hour in the fridge to firm up, then cut into slices and serve. For something special cover the brownies with your favourite frosting.
