Heat 2-3 tablespoons of oil (preferably rapeseed or sunflower oil) in a wok or large frying pan on high heat, until the oil is shimmering (hot but not quite smoking). Add all the contents of the box of lamb and stir-fry until the lamb is just cooked through and browning (roughly 5 minutes), add the chopped vegetables and cook until they are properly warmed through and softening at the edges, but still with a bit of crunch in the middle. Finally check and season with salt to your taste.
Hack: If the meat and vegetables stick to the pan a bit, the tastier your meal will be.
