Panch puran is the Himalayan version of five spice, used to flavour oil prior to cooking a curry. Panch puran will give you a distinctive depth of flavour that on it’s own it will transform a simple stir-fry into a tasty side dish, or will add a delicious undertone to a more complex curry.
